Dropping ads into the previously ad-free version is not cool...

...as are the constant requests to rate the app. And the offer to buya 5-star rating with a custom set of cards? Weak.
The game is good though, if not too annoyed to play it.
And BTW, on principle alone, Ill never try any of the advertised games or apps.
